A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to HR generalists and management on
complex HR issues
Create and manage learning and development programs for employee
growth
Administer benefits and 401(k) programs, including compliance and
reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related business field
Minimum five years of experience as an HR Generalist
Benefits and payroll experience is a plus
Experience with Paylocity is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent
judgment
