Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client
teams to ensure value and insights are provided
Manage the client accounting process, including financial
reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll
oversight
Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights for business owners,
and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
administration
10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level
in a SaaS firm
Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license
preferred
Strong QuickBooks Online experience required; Xero, Intacct &
NetSuite are a plus
