A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President -
Commercial Property.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a branch and supervise other Branch Managers to ensure
high-quality service delivery
Drive hiring, training, and performance management to foster a
culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Utilize analytics and technology to enhance team efficiency and
manage multiple priorities effectively
Required Qualifications
High school diploma and 15 years of related claims experience
required
At least 8 years of progressive management experience from
supervisor to branch manager
Must be appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where
claims are handled
Knowledge of team member-related functions is essential
Bachelor's degree preferred
