Yield- Spanish Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in Dynamic Yield products, focusing on technical
aspects
Interface with customers to gather and document technical, product,
and contract requirements
Provide world-class support by troubleshooting customer issues and
ensuring resolution
Required Qualifications
3+ years of technical client-facing experience in digital marketing
solutions and SaaS environments
Business fluency in Spanish and English
Experience managing projects in complex organizations
Familiarity with e-commerce terminology and mobile platform
development tools
Able to read and write code, particularly in JavaScript, HTML, and
CSS
