A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Customer Service
Representative (Unlicensed).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and
professional manner
Utilize knowledge base to accurately answer customer questions and
sell appropriate products
Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues
effectively
Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating
system
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and
ambiguity
