Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide
software support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support for incoming queries
related to proprietary software solutions
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues to ensure
successful resolution
Author and contribute to the improvement of knowledgebase articles
and documentation
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written)
Strong aptitude for analyzing, researching, and troubleshooting
issues or approximately 1 year of experience with SaaS
applications
Ability to maintain productivity while working remotely
Access to a quiet work area and reliable high-speed internet
connection
Ability to excel in a high-paced, ever-changing environment
