A company is looking for a Contributing Faculty - PhD I/O
Psychology/Management and Human Potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide online instruction and support to students using an
electronic learning platform
Engage in timely communication and feedback with students, adhering
to faculty guidelines
Attend residencies as required and perform other assigned duties
while complying with institutional policies
Required Qualifications
PhD in the field of study or closely related field
Significant record of contributions to I/O Psychology or related
fields
Two years of experience as a chair or second committee member
Two or more years of online or technology-enabled instruction
experience preferred
Commitment to student learning and development in a distance
learning environment
