Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Patient Data Intake Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee vendors collecting and processing adverse event information
in compliance with regulations
Support internal and external customers in gathering information
for product safety reports and medical inquiries
Conduct audits and provide training materials to ensure quality and
compliance standards are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related health sciences field; RN, BSN, BS,
or BS Pharm preferred
2-4 years of clinical healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
experience
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage processes
effectively
Core knowledge of industry regulations (ICH, FDA, EMEA, MHRA)
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical contact center is
preferred
