Job Description:
A company is looking for a PT and FT Bilingual Student Loan
Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
Contact student loan borrowers to discuss repayment options and
maintain loan status
Provide information on borrower responsibilities and consequences
of default through calls and written communication
Document borrower account interactions and maintain knowledge of
relevant laws and repayment options
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
At least one year of office/business, clerical, or customer service
experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
One year of experience in a call center (preferred)
One year of experience in the financial industry, including student
loans, collections, or banking (preferred)
