Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Advocate II - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from patients, insurance companies, and
providers, addressing inquiries and complaints related to billing
and claims
Document customer interactions and resolutions, ensuring prompt
responses to written inquiries
Identify recurring issues and communicate patterns to management
while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 1 year of customer service or billing collections
experience
High-school graduate or equivalent required; Associate degree in
health or business administration preferred
Proficiency with IDX practice management system is preferred
Bilingual Spanish is preferred
Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, and ASA codes is advantageous
