Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fintech Support Associate to provide
support and expertise in payment processing for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for customers, including gateway and
transactional assistance
Act as the point person for existing customers on ServiceTitan
Payments, handling inquiries via email and phone
Collaborate with payment processors to mitigate risks and provide
training to new customers post-implementation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the
merchant services/payment processing industry
Strong understanding of payments industry terminology and client
pain points
Experience with credit card merchant statements and profitability
analysis
Desire to work in a start-up environment and contribute to product
development
Familiarity with Visa/Mastercard interchange tables and costs
