Clinical Solutions Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Solutions Analyst - Clinical, MDS 3.0.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely and world-class customer support to users via multiple channels
Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and re-routing as required
Build strong client relationships through timely follow-ups on open cases

Required Qualifications:

Degree or Post-Secondary Education in Information Technology or related technical field preferred
Experience in a technical support position is an asset
MDS 3.0 expertise required
MDS Coordinator experience preferred
Sound understanding of API and service technologies and functions
