Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations / Paralegal
Generalist for a long-term contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Support enterprise compliance and privacy initiatives, including
DPA management and incident response
Manage employment compliance reporting and assist with employment
law investigations
Provide legal operations support, including eBilling and workflow
triage
Required Qualifications
Experience in legal operations or paralegal work
Familiarity with compliance and employment law
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency with legal technology tools such as Agiloft and
CounselLink
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to employment and
privacy
