Job Title: Private Duty Nurse - Night ShiftsAveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in their homes, utilizing your skills and expertise to ensure their optimal health and well-being.Responsibilities:

• Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Assess and coordinate patient care
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Document care provided in a compliant and timely manner
• Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease managementRequirements:
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
