Job Description:
A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for Southern
Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on annual execution plans for growth, profitability, and
agency engagement
Promote a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency
Partners
Maintain records of sales activities and collaborate with agencies
to develop strategic business plans
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 or more years of sales management/leadership experience in
Personal Lines or Financial Services
Proven ability to develop effective internal relationships within a
sales organization
Industry certifications and Property and Casualty Licenses are
preferred
Must reside in Southern Ohio, specifically North of Lexington to
Cincinnati
