Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Membership to lead and
support the Membership team in various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead team operations, ensuring compliance with standards and
accurate billing processes
Drive talent management initiatives including staff selection,
training, and performance reviews
Oversee documentation and process improvement, maintaining
procedural guidelines and analyzing data for leadership
presentations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
(preferred but not required)
3 years of accounting-related experience, preferably in the
healthcare industry
Leadership/supervisory experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Knowledge of the insurance industry and related regulations
Working knowledge of accounts receivable
