Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior RCM Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee RCM functions and ensure accuracy and timeliness of
data
Coordinate and generate reports for leadership, identifying
enhancements and modifications as needed
Provide training and support to team members on data analysis
techniques and tools
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Two (2) + years' experience in data analytics
Two (2) + years' experience in revenue cycle management
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite,
especially Excel
Self-motivated and reliable, maintaining confidentiality and
compliance with company policies
