Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Manager Account Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service
levels are met or exceeded
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key
performance metrics
Address and resolve account-related issues and provide regular
status updates on account performance
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in the industry,
with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship
management, and team leadership
An advanced degree or relevant certifications such as PMP is a
plus
