Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and performance metrics data to identify
opportunities for improvement
Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions across Payroll
processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Business
Requirement Documents for process automation
Required Qualifications
Experience in payroll process analysis or process automation
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and
automation
Expertise in SQL or Python and familiarity with cloud computing
platforms like AWS or GCP
Ability to contribute to post-implementation performance reviews
and identify training needs
Experience working remotely is a plus
