Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Testing Manager II -
Commercial and Business Bank Lending (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead compliance testing engagements to ensure adherence
to laws and regulations
Oversee a team conducting compliance control identification and
testing
Facilitate communication and collaboration with senior management
and stakeholders regarding compliance findings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics,
Statistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in Compliance, Audit,
or Risk Management, including 4 years in a supervisory role
Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience
Strong understanding of banking and compliance regulations
Proficiency in project management and testing methodologies
