Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Technician I.
Key Responsibilities
Assists in conducting experiments and research in various
scientific fields
Assembles and operates laboratory equipment and apparatus
Records data and confers with supervisor regarding results and
procedures
Required Qualifications and Education
Completion of two years of college or specialized training in a
relevant field, or high school graduation with basic science
courses
1 year of experience as a Laboratory Technical Assistant or
equivalent
3 years of laboratory experience, including two years as a
Laboratory Technical Assistant with high school graduation
Interest in cancer and drug discovery
Commitment to a long-term position (greater than 2 years)
