Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRA Program Analyst II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Review CRA regulations, prepare rationale write-ups, and verify
necessary documentation for community development activities
Conduct analysis of CRA programs, evaluate effectiveness, and
recommend improvements
Coordinate volunteer events related to CRA/Community Development
and ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in community
reinvestment or program management, or
High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in community
reinvestment or program management
Preferred: 3 years of experience in a CRA capacity
Experience in Volunteer Management and CRA program compliance
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance
