Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hospitality IT Production Management
Analyst to provide support for various hospitality applications and
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for hospitality
applications
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while managing user
communication
Lead user acceptance testing and document results for system
updates
Required Qualifications
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to self-lead through troubleshooting processes
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems support needs
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
