Job Description:
A company is looking for an OCM Junior Consultant to support
client engagements and drive organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of OCM strategies and plans for client
engagements
Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored
communication plans
Design and deliver client-specific training programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, psychology,
communications)
1-3 years of experience in OCM or a related field
Experience with project management methodologies
Knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci,
ADKAR)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
