Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ideation Strategist to join their
Strategy team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor performance data across multiple YouTube channels using
analytics tools
Identify emerging trends and pitch data-backed video ideas to
writers and channel leads
Collaborate with writing teams to review scripts and provide
feedback while ensuring alignment with brand voice
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in content strategy or digital media,
including internships or freelance roles
Proficiency in analyzing YouTube metrics with experience using
Grafana, ViewStats, and YouTube Studio
Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of engaging content
on YouTube
A creative problem-solver with a data-driven approach
Proactive mindset with a passion for digital content and creator
culture
