Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and root cause analysis to Intake
technicians while automating manual processes
Manage workstation maintenance, including software updates and
compliance with security policies
Engage in quarterly projects using Scrum methodology and assist
with corporate initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in a corporate helpdesk role
2+ years of experience in a senior helpdesk role
CompTIA A+ certification and experience with Azure Active
Directory
Experience in Windows PowerShell and macOS scripting
