software support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service aligned with company values
Support incoming queries related to proprietary software
solutions
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues for
resolution
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written)
Strong aptitude for analyzing and troubleshooting issues or
approximately 1 year of experience with SaaS applications
Ability to work productively in a remote environment
Access to a quiet work area and reliable high-speed internet
connection
