A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Case Assistant VA
to join their legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Screen telephone calls before transferring to the assigned legal
team
Monitor incoming calls and update the system accordingly
Follow up on missed calls and pending inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
1-2 years of customer service experience
Strong background in performance-based metrics
Experience with case management software is a major plus
Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise
