Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Investigator to safeguard
members and the organization by investigating fraudulent
activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough investigations of fraudulent account activities
and resolve fraud claims
Manage and prioritize multiple fraud cases while meeting regulatory
deadlines
Analyze patterns of fraudulent transactions to support proactive
prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent work/educational experience
required
Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud case investigations and
customer service
Intermediate knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z, and/or
Regulation CC
Ability to work full-time hours, with additional hours as
necessary
Certification as a Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) or
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is preferred
