Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support during weekend
hours via email, chat, or phone
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta, Google Workspace,
Slack, and payment systems
Document issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system and
recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and payment
systems
Basic knowledge of IT ticketing systems or help desk tools
Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a
remote setting
