Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Control Coordinator for a
remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct national provider audits to identify Fraud, Waste, and
Abuse, ensuring data integrity
Complete timely outbound calls to meet deadlines and service level
agreements
Collaborate with the analyst team to develop and implement quality
control standards and methods
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a
call center
Experience in a call center or customer-support role
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Flexibility to take on ad hoc projects to support priority
initiatives
