Job Description:
A company is looking for an Adobe RT CDP Operations Specialist
to manage shift operations and coordinate issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily shift activities, ensuring task prioritization and
effective resolution of operational issues
Act as the primary contact for escalating critical issues between
engineers and management
Generate and present weekly reports on incidents, resolutions, SLA
compliance, and process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform components, including
Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey
Analytics
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform components such as
BigQuery and Dataflow
Familiarity with outbound marketing platforms like Salesforce
Marketing Cloud, Meta, and TikTok
Strong leadership and task management skills for effective team
collaboration
Experience in operational roles within data-driven marketing
environments is preferred
