Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to
ensure customer satisfaction and retention through post-sales
support.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and adhere to timelines
Handle after-sales inquiries and resolve order issues with a focus
on customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing role or customer service
environment preferred
Familiarity with order management systems and processes is a
plus
Remote-ready with necessary equipment including a desktop/laptop
and stable internet connection
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a
fast-paced environment
Strong technical proficiency in customer support tools,
particularly HubSpot
