Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter to join their
growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive the search process for senior-level roles across
various business areas
Conduct thorough initial candidate screenings and craft interview
questions to assess high performance
Mentor and support junior team members through coaching and
development of training resources
Required Qualifications
10+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in
searches
Experience recruiting for senior individual contributor to
leadership roles across various functions
Proven ability to manage and drive progress across multiple
searches
Successful track record in a high-velocity, output-driven
environment
Bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
