Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage HR functions, including talent strategy and
benefits administration
Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, and
compliance
Oversee compliance with employment laws and manage sensitive
employee matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR,
business, or a related field
8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership
role
Experience transitioning from a PEO to an HCM and managing benefits
in-house
Deep knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices
Proven ability to scale HR functions in a fast-paced, startup
environment
