Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare AR Specialist, remote.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with payers to resolve claim issues and secure timely
reimbursement
Perform root cause analysis on physician claim denials and
implement process initiatives to reduce denials
Track and trend claim denials and underpayments for improvement
initiatives
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
in denial management
Proficient in technical skills, including Excel, Payer Portals, and
Claims Clearinghouses
Knowledge of state/federal billing guidelines and reimbursement
methodologies
Experience in drafting and submitting technical appeals
