Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Analytics Data Analyst II
to analyze extensive datasets and provide insights that influence
business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and analyze data from various sources to support business
decisions
Identify data irregularities and perform root-cause analysis,
presenting findings to leadership
Support the design and implementation of process enhancements and
automation opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or
1+ years in IT
Preferred experience in healthcare analytics
Working knowledge of SQL and programmatic coding languages such as
Python and R
Familiarity with statistical and analytical techniques, including
data modeling and trend analysis
