Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Workforce Scheduling
Representative to manage daily staffing and support physician
workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Collect data from nursing leaders, providers, and staff
Report information in a clear and retrievable format
Maintain staffing schedules and communicate daily staffing
assignments
Required Qualifications
Solid computer skills
Previous experience with employee scheduling or staffing is
preferred
Experience with Excel is preferred
Ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility
Proficiency in multi-tasking
