Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telephonic LPN Case Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic case management in a Workers' Compensation
environment, ensuring timely and cost-effective medical
treatment
Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the injured
employee's care to achieve recovery goals
Evaluate treatment plans and recovery needs, documenting outcomes
and developing alternative plans as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
LPN with a minimum of three years of clinical experience in
relevant fields
At least one year of Florida Workers' Compensation or occupational
Case Management experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Proactive and independent with strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal
supervision
