Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Brownsville, Texas.

Data Collection : Unit Information: ( insert name ) Location: Cath Lab Address: 100 East Alton Gloor Floor: 1st Building: Valley Regional General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 2 Cath Labs Number of Staff - 2 monitor techs, 2 RNS ; 2 techs Type of staff: Day Shift - ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) manager, director tect x4, RN x 2 Night Shift - N/A (except for callbacks) Patient Ratios - 1:1 Type of equipment - IABP, Impella, stents, balloons, IVUS, FFR, Ultrasound EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. EP List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Heart caths, interventions, pacemakers, AICD, Watchman, EP ablations Perpherial venous/arterial Best personality Fit: REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS In the state of Texas Cardiac Cath Lab techs working with radiological equipment must have MRT license along with the certifications required for their specialty. Floating Area ( s ) : IR Dress Code : Scrub Color /Attire - Navy Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines . 30 minute response time for callbacks Weekends and On call(if any) Every other weekend on call; every other night on call during week
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
