Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Behavioral Health
Utilization Management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises behavioral health utilization review clinicians to
ensure compliance with guidelines
Monitors and tracks utilization management resources for
performance and quality standards
Provides coaching and guidance to the team and assists with
onboarding and training
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree
with 4+ years of related experience
License to practice independently as required by state
regulations
Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles
preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Understanding of medical necessity criteria for a range of
behavioral health services preferred
