Gators don't bite: A hero today. A Gator tomorrow. Essential Responsibilities: Schedule with families, plan activities and provide therapy services while following POC. Record type of treatment and patient's reaction to treatment on clinical/progress notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patient's record weekly. Be supervised weekly and follow guidelines for supervision as outlined by your respective state board. Perform in person and telehealth visits with company platform when necessary. Qualifications: PTA- A minimum of 2 yr.
