Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team at Weslaco Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and implement care plans as directed
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform narcotic reconciliation
• Collaborate with physicians and record visits in clinical records
• Identify and address significant changes in resident condition and take necessary action
• Oversee and monitor aides and initiate incident reports as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teamsRequirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
