Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Program Manager to
lead and deliver data-driven marketing strategies for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Own the experimentation process by collaborating with
cross-functional teams to launch and optimize A/B tests
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing
updates on program progress and test performance
Manage program budgets, resources, and client relationships while
identifying opportunities for growth
Required Qualifications
Experience writing requirements for engineers and web development
projects
Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask
across cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and web development
processes
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization, or website
optimization
Growth marketing experience, including paid media, SEO, and
retention strategies (preferred)
