Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sanctions/OFAC Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Sanctions Analysts reviewing alerts for potential
Sanction matches
Conduct quality control on team member reviews and administer
Sanctions training
Oversee departmental procedures and talent management functions
including performance evaluations and staff development
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business or related
field
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in OFAC processing within
banking or financial services
At least five (5) years of management experience leading and
directing staff
