Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own the experimentation process by partnering with cross-functional
teams to launch and optimize A/B tests
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing
updates on program progress and performance insights
Manage program budgets and resources while ensuring alignment on
goals and identifying new opportunities for growth
Required Qualifications
Experience writing requirements for engineers and web development
projects
Strong project management and multitasking skills across
cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and web development
processes
Experience with A/B testing, personalization, or website
optimization
Familiarity with web analytics tools is a plus
