Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional agile teams in the development and release of
TSG functionality
Manage product backlog and release schedule, integrating user
feedback and research
Collaborate with government stakeholders to validate and refine
product vision
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading agile product development teams
Understanding of human-centered design and user research
methodologies
Experience with accessibility requirements and inclusive design
practices
Must possess MRPT (Moderate Risk Public Trust) clearance
