Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach product managers to enhance their skills and
remove barriers to success
Align product teams to support the broader patient experience and
collaborate with stakeholders to solve product viability issues
Oversee product strategy, sprint planning, and collaborate with
internal partners to ensure compliance with healthcare
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
10+ years of successful management experience
8+ years of experience with technology-powered products in roles
such as product manager or engineer
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with measurable
successes
Experience in an Ambulatory Healthcare environment
