Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Technical Accounting &
Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical resource on GAAP and SEC rules, assisting in
structuring transactions and providing guidance on technical
accounting matters
Manage accounting and reporting for M&A, equity, stock-based
compensation, leasing, and revenue compliance
Lead preparation and review of financial statements, audit
schedules, and manage SEC filings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and CPA required
8+ years of accounting experience, including Big 4 public
accounting and financial reporting in a public company
Extensive knowledge of SEC Reporting, US GAAP, and internal control
processes
Experience with complex business combinations, M&A
transactions, and goodwill impairment testing preferred
Experience in the technology/software sector or rapidly scaling
global organizations is a plus
