Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage
real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of
commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property
acquisition and disposal
Coordinate negotiations for leases and sales, ensuring alignment
with client goals
Track transaction activities and prepare financial documentation,
including forecasts and commissions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate
transactions or related experience
Real Estate salesperson license required
Innovative mindset to develop new methods and solutions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial
calculations
